Why we prepared Testsearch
I found that client call us and the MA's are trying to help by
serving clients however looking through the 8000 tests without
having an intelligent search has resulted incorrect lab orders and
incorrect answers. Several times we ordered tests just by looking
the name that cost us more than the specified test in the ALTN
Panel. We also had incidents that patients inquire about a test that
we provide however the test name is not written in the same language
as the patient asks. A good example is "Post vasectomy sperm count".
This standard test is mentioned as semen count post vasectomy.
Now with our test search function the MA can just start typing "post
vas.." and she will see the necessary test with price, lab to order
and code to use.
We also added two more fields that will show the MA special
instructions for the particular test as well as suggested additional
test to ask to the client for an up sell opportunity.
Testsearch for owners
Owner will be able to see the cost for each test together with sales prince and price above margin. This will allow the owners to make instant decision about discount levels and more.
Free for owners
Test search will be FREE for owners. Test search will have a modest semi-annually charge. If you replace your MA, we will give a new user ID to your MA. Without affecting your subscription.

Test Search will be updated within 24 hr every time corporate launches a new price sheet.
