Tampoprint is an international company founded by Wilfried Philipp, inventor of the first industrial pad printing machine. He opened the first Tampoprint in Germany in 1968. Pad printing is the process of transferring ink from an image etched in a cliche to almost any materila using a flexible silicone pad. Almost any shape an material can be printed on: Leather, Metal, Glass, CD's, Plastics, Wood, Ceramic, Textiles, paper, Chemially coated materials and materials with low adhesive properties.
