STORAGE of the material is the starting point for every automated system. It is used to organize acceptance of the material (bulk, big bag, octobin, bag) and to give details of the traceability of the material (very important for ISO 9000 standard).
 
PREPARATION of the material enables rationalization and considerable economies of scale (weighing, drying, dosing, mixing). This preparation can be centralized or isolated. Profitability also helped by better knowledge of consumption of the individual materials ans machines.
 
DISTRIBUTION must be adapted specifically to customer use but must also be capable of being modified in the future. Distribution may be multi-material and multi-machine or pass through selection station. Each pneumatic loader may or may not be equipped with a proportioning valve : filtration is either individual or centralized. The suction unit comprises of one or two pumps (from 2 to 11 kW). Flow rate up to 3.000 kg/h with a range of over 100 meters.
A programmable unit controls the entire system (suction, filter, cleaning, rapid supply, etc). Its flexibility enables the system to be expanded at low cost by adding supply/output points. It is the brain of the equipment. 
EQUIPTEC has developed a very sophisticated program to manage up to 60 machines with different levels of priority while remaining user-friendly. A screen gives a clear stage-by-stage display of operation.
